You can return the items at our store location, select your own carrier, or request a return shipping label.
Return shipping on all items is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. The product amount paid at the time of order is the amount that will be refunded.
There is a restocking fee on all returned items. This does not include items that remain in the original packaging unopened.
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected. The refund amount is posted back to the bank account 3-10 business days after issued from us. This time is based on the customer’s bank policies.
For items that are damaged, missing, lost, or stolen during or at delivery will require a courier claim to be processed. Please contact Farmer’s Friend customer service to initiate the claims process at (931) 583-0397.
